April, 2007 - A park Rich designed - The Lake RV and Golf Resort, Chowchilla, Ca, was recently featured in an article in "Highway Magazine"as one of the "Sweet 16 Parks" in the United States. The note from owner Martin Boone said, "The article referenced a rating by Trailer Life Directory of RV Parks ratings of over 11,000 parks and the sweet 16 received a rating of 29 or higher" Thanks Rich!

Tom & Sharon Able with Woodalls said that they really don't think they know of a

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you again for help in making our

spring of 04 we have come a long way on our project. I am happy to
inform you that just yesterday, 10/21/04 our project was approved
unanimously by the Police Jury and the Planning and Zoning Board. Your
guidance through this crucial stage is invaluable. Actually, all the
work we have done with you up to this point made the permit process flow
smoothly. The Business Plan, Business Model, Site Plan and attention
to every detail to ensure a quality state of the art development
has excited not only local public officials, but also the citizens,

several proposals from local bankers, they are even excited, which sure
helps in negotiating terms. All of this enthusiasm is directly related
