Rich has been assisting over 350 potential and existing parks throughout the United States with concepts for the permitting process, developing business plans, design concepts, construction, operations, team building, customer relations, and financing in the RV Park industry since 1994.

• Arizona Bankruptcy Court Trustee appointed Rich to design, give value and assist in attaining a sale for a RV park in disrepair. Rich completed this successfully.

• Court Witness for RV Park management requirements

• Developed, Owned & Managed a top quality waterfront 187 site RV Park for ten years
