Rich has been sharing his extensive hand's-on, "gray hair" learning and continuing research on RV parks throughout the United States. In 1994 Rich and Barbara built what still is considered a "state of the art" RV park. Washington State Agencies recommended the park we developed, as a "model" to people wishing to build an RV Park.

You may have the most gorgeous park available, but if your "team" isn't functioning on a customer comfort basis, you will not attain the needed revenue. Your team is your image.
